These enquiries inspired the MD of Rochester Scaffolding Ben McMahon, alongside personal friend and fellow construction professional Sonny Hammond to launch Rochester Recruitment Ltd. Even though there are thousands of construction Recruitment Companies out there, it came apparent through continued interest from our happy clientele that there was a gap in the market for a recruitment firm that really understands through personal experience, what our colleagues in the construction industry value the most in their workforce.
